The work is an accumulative autobiographical spectacle of memory and dreams. Summoning the past, highlighting the present, and dreaming of the future.
32 arriving is a live solo that de leonardis will perform throughout her lifetime. Each year the work will evolve and change as naturally as human life does. Each year the title will change to reflect each new year of life.

change took the characters and setting from the original immersive and restaurant-site-specific format of no place like home and adapted them onto the stage to further investigate the scenes, characters, and their relationships for the purposes of this commission. Using it as an opportunity to investigate new corners of the character’s lives, create new characters, and to question how the world of this work translates to a more traditional proscenium setting.
